BENEFITS OF DRINKING WATER IN THE MORNING AFTER WAKING UP

 


Drinking water or getting a fluid after waking up will help your body to flush out toxins in the morning.

Our brain tissues is 75% water, when were not properly hydrated our brain operates less fuel and we feel drained and we may experience fatigue and mood swings. and you will also lose some appetite.


So as the saying goes "water is life" Here are some benefits of drinking water on an empty stomach or after waking up.
